I signed a contract for $189 a month last October 2025. Six months later they arbitrarily increased my rate by 38% to $262 a month. This place is a total bait and switch. Do not rent a storage unit from this people. I feel sorry for the military on deployment that cant do anything except pay it. Absolutely horrible. Othe climate control places around here are much cheaper.
