RecommendedI absolutely recommend Octapharma and the location on Newtown Road in Virginia Beach. Sean is great. he sticks once and you’re in and out pretty quickly. He also takes his time and makes sure you’re comfortable. He always checks on you to make sure you’re okay . The staff checking your vitals, protein etc is very good at what they do and very vocal about your results at each visit. They are very social as well. I love coming here !
I absolutely recommend Octapharma and the location on Newtown Road in Virginia Beach. London is amazing. She sticks once and you’re in and out pretty quickly. This center is super fast with super cool staff it’s always clean and smells good... I love this place
unfortunately I would have to say avoid this location. Two employees not only lied to me but when I tried to see about talking to management about their conduct I was told that " if I didn't stop making a problem that i was going to be a problem" . What's worse is that she's "management" of some type. So basically they can treat and lie and do whatever they feel and when someone wants to talk to anyone higher up.....Your donation privilege is threatened.....that's not ok
Went throughout the entire process and was told at the very end I was too big to donate. Only saw a minimum weight listed no maximum weight. When I brought it up everyone just passed it on to the next person. If you’re gonna advertise a minimum weight a maximum weight should be listed as well.
The pregnant lady working the floor is a horrible sticker and has a nasty attitude. If it wasn’t for people donating she wouldn’t have a job. If she’s so miserable at work get another gig 🤷🏽♀️
