The location at 628 Newtown is the absolute worst. They are never fully staffed and wait times are on average 30 minutes before you're even given a bed. They want your donation but they don't value your time, apparently its all about the money they can make off of you. I've asked about the staffing issue multiple times and always told the same thing, that they will make sure to schedule more next week but it's only getting worse.
