RecommendedWalk ins are welcomed. Process is quick, about an hour once you're registered. Payments are instant once you've completed your donation. Staff is polite and professional. Clean establishment. Highly recommend Octapharma over the other plasma place in Lewisville.

For the most part i love the staff, and the facility. They have a new employee, named Tomas......i don't like him, he's not professional, and yesterday, i donated and because i was exhasusted, i was sent home by him because i drifted to sleep, and woke up.....i was almost finished with my donation, maybe 5 more mins.....and i only received half of my normal payout. I'm complaining to their headquarters, Tomas is his name, and he sucks at his job
Yall some cheap people fr yall took my plasma and gave me $25 bro what is $25? I feel like I got scammed should be compensated with at least $50 can’t even call the card service w out them charging the card or can’t even use the pin without an extra fee.
the website tells you that you can earn $800 at the Lewisville location when you go into the center they tell you 600 and they have no control over anything when I tell them that is misleading Mike told me that is not misleading but someone else's issue.
