Pretty sure their positive reviews are fake. They have under skilled employees who frequently will infiltrate your veins, extremely high turnover rate for donors and staff. management literally ignores any problems brought up by donors, including payment cards not functioning. Do your self a favor, donate blood/ plasma anywhere else, other centers, 1) actually be gratefully for donations and treat donors, and staff well.
