This is a clean place a little slow they're understaffed but much of the staff is very very nice.. Nadia and Olivia are amazing... They're very skilled very personable and always a pleasure to see them there when I go to make my donationÂ

I have been coming here for over a year. I can say the staff in the forest hill center are great. I just want to give special thanks to Chris R. He is wonderful and never feel pain when he does it. Also Jimmy is great and fast and keeps this place moving along. Jesus is also great always willing to help where ever he’s at. Over all everyone here is great. Â

It's crazy they make you give this place one star to leave a review when they get none from me. I mean they don't deserve a freaking 1/3 of a star. On February 13,2025 the day before Valentine's Day I completed my many of plasma donations. This particular time was the worst, I mean hell on wheels and after alerting these cruel, inconsiderate, poorly trained, careless, plasma sucking vultures.
