The website is not clear regarding ID eligibility. I’m in the process of relocating from one state back to another. Don’t know anyone I’ve met who’s gotten a new state ID issued within a few weeks. I had my passport and SS card. But was turned away for having a valid driver’s license from my previous state. Then to be asked for vehicle registration locally is idiotic to ask for. Again, just been here a few weeks. Who gets bills or your vehicle re-registered within a few weeks without that new local ID showing a local address... read more

This place is always late, employees doesn’t care , always late, even they open late and keep chatting, is very disrespectful, even the manager of the place always late, specially on Sundays

Went this morning and wasted my time was turned away because my left arm veins had not healed From my previous donation showed them my Right Arm which was clear But they said no because it was Corporate PolicyTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS TIME IS MONEY ESPECIALLY ON YOUR DAYS OFF

they have no staff and the staff are inexperienced and do not know how to treat the donor well
