Went in yesterday for donation. The experience was up and down. There was a repeated problem with air bubbles in one of the lines. The donation took over 2 hours because of this. BUT, the staff made the donation complete, I had my blood returned to me. My arm had grown tired and in pain. I am fine. I would like to thank Angel for his knowledge of the machine to work it through. And also Erica and Debi for being diligent and staying with the machine to make sure it was running and I was safe.
