Octapharma plasma in Audubon is the best center it’s very clean, all the employees are professional and very knowledgeable about the plasma donation process. If there’s an rewards system for your employees I think Vaya & Bri deserves a special reward for all their hard work and dedication. It’s always a pleasure. 2ND I LOVE ALL THE WORKERS ! THEY ARE VERY NICE & BEAUITFUL PEOPLE INSIDE/OUT ! PLUS They are very patient with the "ignorant (not knowing) clients" that are disrespectful as i seen from my knowledge..

As a suggestion .. you guys should add "privacy boards" around the seating of every individual , so people wont be deferred for having to go to the bathroom.!! Especially when the final return is active. Its COLD & for some people OVERWELMING for certain bladders.! EVEN IF YOU GO TO THE RESTROOM BEFORE .. & TODAY 1/27/25 SERVICE OPEN VERY LATE DUE TO LACK OF WORKERS/NURSE ON DUTY .. NOT GOOD AT ALL !!

Horrible experience. The female personnel was talking down to a woman waiting to be called over to a chair. The wait was long and she seemed to be lost in her phone because of it. The lazy female personnel could've walked over and informed the female donator that she was ready to her. Now to what they did to me, I finished my donation (plasma to the facility) however my red blood cells were taking a while to return to me and I repeatedly asked the two female techs to please come over and explain the repeated delay and they ... read more
