I have been to a few flexible office spaces, but office evolution is by far the best one, its modern space design offices and great staff, make it the perfect choice for businesses.

The shared workspace at the Bartram office is amazing. It gives me a chance to work away from the house even though I already 'work from home'. My wife needs time with the kids and it is nice to get out and work when possible. The shared workspace is available anytime you need it, and I always try and make it in several days a week. I highly recommend the Bellevue South Office Evolution. I have been here for about 6 months now and have enjoyed every minute. The offices are thoughtfully designed, offering privacy yet feeling open and bright. I have everything I need to be focused and productive. The management is attentive, professional and thoughtful. I recently had the pleasure of touring your office space. I have to say I was most impressed with how bright and cheerful it is with plenty of room for social distancing and personal safety and use. When I make the move from my home office this is the place I will go. I was also very impressed with the business center’s manager, Rosemary. I have been a tenant here for over 6 years. The space is great and well managed. The office manager Sam, the owners and all staff are personable, caring and professional. I use the shared space, including conference rooms and have my own office. My clients are always greeted and welcomed. The shared space is clean and I have never had any conflicts regarding shared space use or availability. Copy machines are maintained and it is an overall pleasant environment.

This is a great space to work. The location is convenient with easy freeway access and bus routes where stores and restaurants are walk-able. It's a new space that has done a great job of providing both an open and bright feel with mostly private offices.
