I recently had the pleasure of touring your office space. I have to say I was most impressed with how bright and cheerful it is with plenty of room for social distancing and personal safety and use. When I make the move from my home office this is the place I will go. I was also very impressed with the business center’s manager, Rosemary. I have been a tenant here for over 6 years. The space is great and well managed. The office manager Sam, the owners and all staff are personable, caring and professional. I use the shared space, including conference rooms and have my own office. My clients are always greeted and welcomed. The shared space is clean and I have never had any conflicts regarding shared space use or availability. Copy machines are maintained and it is an overall pleasant environment.

This is a great space to work. The location is convenient with easy freeway access and bus routes where stores and restaurants are walk-able. It's a new space that has done a great job of providing both an open and bright feel with mostly private offices. Office Evolution has been an excellent experience for myself and my law firm! Before coming to Office Evolution he had virtual office in downtown Seattle for about 10 ten years. We had a good relationship with that organization but left because the office permanently closed due to COVID 19. Before committing to Office Evolution we toured several other spaces. I downsized from my previous space and didn't want the hassle of having to outfit a new office space. Office Evolution provided nearly everything needed to be up and running with just a laptop, pen and paper! Truly outstanding work environment for my business needs and for anyone tired, frustrated, un-disciplined or otherwise done with working from home!!

I was a member of Office Evolution for 2 years with a private office. The office environment is professional yet friendly. I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a quite, professional place to get their work done. Silvia at the front desk was always helpful and kept the place tidy. Other things I liked are the garage parking, first floor access (don't need to take an elevator) and recently renovated lobby. Also nice that you can walk to several places for lunch.

Office Evolution has figured out the secret of rented workspace. There are full offices available for those who need them and there is a shared workspace for those of us who simply need a place to use a laptop. Rates for shared workspace are incredibly reasonable and the package includes amenities such as the use of copy machines, snacks, and coffee. Owners Mitzy and Eduardo have instilled the care, professionalism and unbelievable gorgeous office space that I could ever imagine. The office spaces and building are brand you and obtain a crisp answer elegant look that cannot deny professionalism to a business and owner.
