Technician was professional, courteous and attached the hinges to rhe correct panels. This tightened both doors which also helped alleviate the rain water that was coming inside under one of the doors. Riley was on time and tuned both doors so they will last for a long time.

The technician Joshua did a splendid job of first explaining us what was causing the problem we experienced and gave us more than one option to fix it and also gave his recommendation to fix it in a more economical way. He also went above and beyond by cleaning up the place after he finished the project. Next time we have a garage door problem, we will be asking for Joshua. A perfect 10 out of 10!
