You can stand behind your products! You installed a brand new motor that your people couldn’t connect to any of our cars (including newer model). It’s clearly defective- even your technician acknowledged this- and you won’t replace it!
Technician was courteous, informative and seemingly did quality work. Pricing was EXTREME @ $50 for the base service call + $225 for 45 minutes of work??? That’s more than a plumber or electrician. Hmmm..,
Bad price trouble customer service. They have one star rating with BBB I wish had checked there first.
