Thanks to Ohio State and waterproofing my basement was not even a bit damp this summer. During August 23-24, 2023, there was 5-7 inches of rain and heavy winds. Our lights went out for a brief second, but I knew the battery backup system was there to help. After the storm I called friends and family to see how they faired, and they lost a lot and had water damage to their basements. I have peace of mind wheb it rains, know my basement will be dry. The transferrable warranty is nice also, if we ever decide to sell in the future.

We had Ohio State waterproofing do our basement probably more than 10 years ago and we are completely satisfied with all they did. We have never had any leaking problems or issues. Also their warranty is transferable if you sell your house. We would 100% recommend them.
The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and never once seemed annoyed with all my questions-he even showed up the day the work was done to assure things ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to others.
