After the gentleman returned to our home, I felt more comfortable. I appreciated *******, the overall supervisor having his crew come to our home the same night to take care of our concerns. Additionally, ******* advised his team that I (*****) was the one who had to sign off on everything prior to the team leaving. I also appreciated the kindness and patience of *********. He was extremely kind and very, very patient with me without showing any annoyance.
The guys were great very professional. I would definitely recommend Ohio State waterproofing.
Ohio State Waterproofing did an excellent job. They were efficient and relatively clean for the type of work they do. And the guys work very hard. Very friendly men. The regrade men were excellent as well.
