We went in for an oil change with a $25 off coupon we'd gotten in the mail. Marco, the manager was professional as was his entire staff. The door hinges were oiled, tires topped off, and all the filters were checked. They did do some up selling, but we took what we wanted and said no thanks to anything else. They just said okay in a friendly way. We will definitely return.

Oilstop is my favorite place to get an oil change! I used to have a few near me in the Bay Area but now that I'm in Sacramento I'm willing to drive 25 min up to Roseville for the service. I love being able to stay in my car and be in and out of the garage instead of needing an appointment or sitting in a small awkward lobby. Excellent service and great value! In and out today in about half an hour. Oil Stop also provides a free inspection which includes topping of other fluids and lubricating door hinges.

What used to be Meinke and Maui Express Car Wash, this is OilStop's 2nd location here in Roseville behind Arco. I/My family have been going to OilStop since I have lived in San Jose then moved to Roseville. My daughter also used the OilStop in Costa Mesa when she was going to University of Irvine. When the Franchise OilStop switched to a new business name several years ago, I was partly bummed. They carried over the same type of service & quality as if they were stil OilStop. They installed the wrong oil filter in my car. I had to take my car into another place due to the oil leak and pay hundreds for a diagnostic to find that Oil Stop had installed the incorrect filter. I tried emailing and calling Oilstop but never got any response.

I had a coupon which was $41. I went to get my oil changed, as soon as I told him I had a Groupon, it seemed to be the prices weren't going to go up. I needed an upgrade in oil and three extra quarts, which was $33. That's not bad. Then they added more fees for just the oil change part of it, which it was another $40, then they tell me the recycle fee and surcharge, would be about $90. We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.

I signed up for text alerts and was supposed to be given $25 off with a code for the service. At the completion of service I supplied the code and the service tech acted like he was putting it in, but did not (or it didn't take.). I discovered this on the bill after I had left the shop, so I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them over the past week now.
