What used to be Meinke and Maui Express Car Wash, this is OilStop's 2nd location here in Roseville behind Arco. I/My family have been going to OilStop since I have lived in San Jose then moved to Roseville. My daughter also used the OilStop in Costa Mesa when she was going to University of Irvine. Stay Away -- Poor Service, Unwanted Charges, and Potential Damage to Your Vehicle I would not recommend this place for an oil change. I brought two of my vehicles in for oil changes only and had a very disappointing experience. For the first vehicle, I paid $147.54 for a full synthetic oil change. They were supposed to be reducing a price for something | needed and made me pay full price after stating they would be giving me a price reduction after stating they don't intend to sale something to a customer but said the boss said to convince her to buy this because she really needs since I originally declined. If you want unreturned calls and deceitful staff then this is your place and second time coming here I won't be returning. oil change

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got an oil change and fuel filters done on my diesel truck. On bulk oil they charged $111.93 for seven extra quarts and also charged $179.99 for the engine fuel filter and another $179.99 for the fuel water separator. They never gave me a quote!! After all completed they said my bill was $645.97 this is absolutely crazy!! You can get a service on a semi truck with 14 gallons of oil fuel filter and oil filter for cheaper. They are ripping people off!! I will take my business anywhere but here.

I will never go back!!! This place changed my oil and fuel filters never gave me a full quote except for telling me that any oil over 5 quarts would be around $16 per quart. They never gave me a quote for the fuel filters when I went to Pay and leave they told me that my truck has two fuel filters and they were $179 apiece. I instantly looked online and found the fuel filters for my truck both engine and frame rail fuel filters in a kit for $54. The total price on my oil change and fuel filter was $640. They installed the wrong oil filter in my car. I had to take my car into another place due to the oil leak and pay hundreds for a diagnostic to find that Oil Stop had installed the incorrect filter. I tried emailing and calling Oilstop but never got any response.

I had a coupon which was $41. I went to get my oil changed, as soon as I told him I had a Groupon, it seemed to be the prices weren't going to go up. I needed an upgrade in oil and three extra quarts, which was $33. That's not bad. Then they added more fees for just the oil change part of it, which it was another $40, then they tell me the recycle fee and surcharge, would be about $90. We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.
