I had a coupon which was $41. I went to get my oil changed, as soon as I told him I had a Groupon, it seemed to be the prices weren't going to go up. I needed an upgrade in oil and three extra quarts, which was $33. That's not bad. Then they added more fees for just the oil change part of it, which it was another $40, then they tell me the recycle fee and surcharge, would be about $90. We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.
I signed up for text alerts and was supposed to be given $25 off with a code for the service. At the completion of service I supplied the code and the service tech acted like he was putting it in, but did not (or it didn't take.). I discovered this on the bill after I had left the shop, so I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them over the past week now. I usually have a great experience at this location. My oil change took over two hours due to them not having my oil filter in stock. This is something they didn't even mention to me until I had been there for nearly two hours. Had I been told prior to servicing my car that they didn't have the part in stock I would have gladly come back at a later time.
It is okay - I did my oil change there second time because it's close to my house but honestly I don't think I'll be back... I JUST WANTED OIL CHANGE!!!! I said it million times and they kept trying to upsell everything. I understand-all places do it BUT this place is much much crazier. This is a drive-thru oil change place, it shouldn't have took that long. We waited over an hour and a half just for them to get to us and then our service took about 30 minutes in itself. Just a simple oil change, I don't get why it took so long. Seemed like they had a new worker there who needed help from his coworkers throughout our whole service. I was overcharged despite me calling out the incorrect item on my invoice, and had to return for a refund. As well, I found that one of the covers in the engine compartment had been busted by the staff without notifying me. I've tried to contact guest services through email and through the website, and have received no response.
I had been taking my vehicles OilStop in Roseville customer for years, but I won't be returning after a poor experience during an oil change for my Nissan Armada at their new shop on Cirby. Watch out they will take advantage of you. I wasn't told they were going to charge me for the oil filter, $16.99, or that I had a choice of a cheaper filter to use. I was told "this is the oil filter we are using". Everything else I was given the price and if I want to add it to my oil change. It was the manager Marco helping me otherwise I would go back and complain to the manager to get the money back.
