DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got an oil change and fuel filters done on my diesel truck. On bulk oil they charged $111.93 for seven extra quarts and also charged $179.99 for the engine fuel filter and another $179.99 for the fuel water separator. They never gave me a quote!! After all completed they said my bill was $645.97 this is absolutely crazy!! You can get a service on a semi truck with 14 gallons of oil fuel filter and oil filter for cheaper. They are ripping people off!! I will take my business anywhere but here.

I will never go back!!! This place changed my oil and fuel filters never gave me a full quote except for telling me that any oil over 5 quarts would be around $16 per quart. They never gave me a quote for the fuel filters when I went to Pay and leave they told me that my truck has two fuel filters and they were $179 apiece. I instantly looked online and found the fuel filters for my truck both engine and frame rail fuel filters in a kit for $54. The total price on my oil change and fuel filter was $640. They installed the wrong oil filter in my car. I had to take my car into another place due to the oil leak and pay hundreds for a diagnostic to find that Oil Stop had installed the incorrect filter. I tried emailing and calling Oilstop but never got any response.

I had a coupon which was $41. I went to get my oil changed, as soon as I told him I had a Groupon, it seemed to be the prices weren't going to go up. I needed an upgrade in oil and three extra quarts, which was $33. That's not bad. Then they added more fees for just the oil change part of it, which it was another $40, then they tell me the recycle fee and surcharge, would be about $90. We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.

I signed up for text alerts and was supposed to be given $25 off with a code for the service. At the completion of service I supplied the code and the service tech acted like he was putting it in, but did not (or it didn't take.). I discovered this on the bill after I had left the shop, so I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them over the past week now. I usually have a great experience at this location. My oil change took over two hours due to them not having my oil filter in stock. This is something they didn't even mention to me until I had been there for nearly two hours. Had I been told prior to servicing my car that they didn't have the part in stock I would have gladly come back at a later time.

It is okay - I did my oil change there second time because it's close to my house but honestly I don't think I'll be back... I JUST WANTED OIL CHANGE!!!! I said it million times and they kept trying to upsell everything. I understand-all places do it BUT this place is much much crazier.
