A heartfelt thank you to all of the staff at Okanagan Veterinary Hospital. It was heartbreaking to see my beloved Baxter pass but everyone was amazing and supportive through the process. I have been bringing Baxter to this clinic for 12 years and have always had the utmost confidence in the care that he has received. A special shout out to Dr Veenis for his expertise and wonderful customer service.
Thank you for making a difficult transition a little easier for Stompin' Tom today. We have always thought the special touches make it more comforting. It never gets easier but your staff are always very kind and supportive.
I am extremely impressed with Okanagan Veterinary Hospital! Knowledgeable, friendly staff that take the time to clearly communicate. My cat recently had her first half of dental surgery done, and I could not be any happier with the care and compassion that the staff showed towards my crazy Luna! Thank you guys - I will definitely refer you to anyone looking for a great, trustworthy veterinary hospital!
