Moving in was seamless thanks to the amazing management team. My time here so far has been great, it's a lovely area. Very attentive staff!

Very fun and friendly office staff and maintenance! Community is small and quaint, nice and clean! You can see deer wandering all around the area. They have a nice pool for the summer! Enjoying my new apartment and surroundings. I love it!

I live at a sister property but I have had to stop by Okemos Station when I had an issue arise and I wanted to speak to the manager that was working out of that office on that particular day. Such a friendly staff and beautiful community!

This place is amazing. I toured with Shawn and she let me video everything for wife and then i brought my wife back to tour with Jessica. We loved it so much we applied on the spot. Plus pool side pizza and 24 hour gym!!

Not a bad place to live. Very quiet. It is safer to live here I think. It's good for families with small children. I like the fact that playground is so visible from certain area of the apartments. However, Maintenance is a bit slow to react when the call had been made. The service should be made within the few days if it's not an emergency but normally I have to give a call few times about the same issue for them to react. Okemos Station has really turned around. When I first moved in (November 2016) a new management company was just starting, and there was a lot of turn over. Since then things have really turned around, they are making lots of improvements to the buildings (inside and out) and they even offered me great upgrades for resigning my lease.

Originally I gave a 4 star review. Now that there is a new management, the quality of service has declined. They are slow to fix anything and do not follow through with their promises. The management has moved to another property that is across town. I would have thought that with the increase of rent there would be an increase in the service provided. The onsite property manager Julie was great! Friendly but always professional! If an apartment issue we felt she took great care in getting the matter resolved. HOWEVER, their corporate office is another story! When left after buying a home, it Withheld our security deposit despite no damage and only a remaining gas-water bill. After the property managers efforts to reach their corporate offices and only after sought legal guidance, 4 months later got our security deposit.
