We have been using Old Towne for many years. Always happy with the service. Of course I have my favorite doc but the great thing is I really like ALL of them. So if I have to get in I'm okay with any of the doctors. They are open 7 days a week this is really a plus.
The entire staff is caring and helpful. I found whatever the doctor I was assigned to, too be excellent medics and caring.

My littlest shih tzu had an emergency eye problem on a Sunday. I called Olde Towne Hospital not knowing if they could get me in especially on Fathers Day. Within minutes the great receptionist told me to bring him in. From the minute I walked in their door the care and love I felt for my little guy was amazing. Dr. Altieri is the kindest , most knowledgeable doctor. He took care of my dog like he was his own. He helped me find the specialist I needed to get my dog the right surgeon. I have been taking our cats to Olde Towne for the 20 years we have been living out here. Every vet here has always been able to help our pets not matter what the issue has been. Dr.'s Grosjean, Alteiri, Stelling, McMahon - every one top notch. Staff has been helpful and accommodating even when I have had emergencies. On vacation at my summer home my dog who never gets sick managed to do just that. So we decided to take our dog to this animal hospital. We were fortunate to get a same day appointment with Dr. Alteri. The vet techs were very friendly and helpful in getting our vaccination information from our usual vet. After a 10 minute waiting room wait we got a room with Dr. Alteri who listened and asked the right questions before diagnosing my pup. He was very diligent and amicable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Front desk extremely unhelpful! Claims of being busy is not an excuse for pet care when needed.Shouldn't be in the animal healthcare business!!

Hopefully Olde Towne has improved since more than 5 years ago when they could not diagnose my cat's illness and told me to put her down, so I studied the problem online and saved her myself. She is still right next to me. They tried to charge me $5,000 and I refused.

I am terribly disappointed that Dr. Stelling is no longer with Old Towne. She is the most competent, intuitive and caring veterinarian. This is a major loss for Olde Towne, whatever merger or sale that has happened is clearly not in the interests in our beloved pets. I have unsubscribed from their emails and am still receiving ads from them. Olde Towne used to feel like family , and without Dr. Stelling an original partner - it feels like a money grab. May family will be switching to Shinncock.
