worst place ever...no sympathy or respect...my 9 year old min lab might still be alive today if yhey had treated her at all for a diagnois they discovered in a blood test that i was never told about but only found out after my dog passed away and, a true certified vet looked at the reports and noticed...thanks olde towne...just keep living the dream as the vet of the hamptons to the rich and famous...you are just bad

The vet that I saw here was callous and unsympathetic. Absolutely no bedside manner at all. I would never bring a being I love to this place.

If you plan on the vet you are dealing with available on their days off....don't. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and there were a few problems the first week. Unfortunately the vet I had been going to for 10 years was not available on his days off. The receptionists tell you they cannot contact the vet. Normally they are OK but if you have an emergency situation...don't count on them.
