Came in for dinner during my vacation and will for sure be back if I'm ever in the area again. Our server Jacob was very welcoming and attentive, he made sure we had a great time and topped off glasses. When he asked if I preferred the Nueske's bacon or the crab cake for appetizers, I almost could not decide, but I had to go with the bacon. It was too tender not to. Wonderful meal, great service and very nice atmosphere. My only suggestion shows my age. For such an upscale restaurant, I miss the white tablecloths.
Went on a Saturday and it was seemingly but very busy but still seems loud, I think because of the very high ceilings. Decor was fitting. The Nueske bacon appetizer was delicious. I'd go back just for that! We had a filet and the Iberico pork. While both were fairly flavorable-distinct grill taste-they were both devoid of natural juice and the dryness was unfortunate.
Always a five star dining experience. All the staff is welcoming and very professional. Steaks are excellent, baked potatoes as big as your head, and give the cauliflower soup try, it was delicious. But the four of us dove into those desserts. The fruit tart, chocolate cake, peanut butter pie, cheesecake. One outdid the other! Do not pass those up!

I have been to Oliver's Chop House several times and it has always been an amazing experience. The last 3 visits I have had the pleasure that Jacob was my server. He is great at his job
