We can always count on Oliver’s CHOP HOUSE for an amazing experience and quality, dining and very attentive staff. My husband enjoyed his filet mignon to the max. Perfectly prepared the three of us had an abundance of appetizers, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, seafood bisque, crabcakes, etc. Each one out doing the other. Ordered the grill NY strip steak, a little to much fat for my taste, sides were a bit costly , baked potato was good, along with crab cake
A wonderful solo-dining experience. French onion soup was very tasty. Sea bass was perfectly grilled, and portion was quite generous. Heirloom carrots were wonderful, with a very light glaze. Of course, the biscuits and focaccia were great, with Oliver's regular whipped butter and also the strawberry whipped butter. And the perfect ending was peach cobbler cheesecake. Oh my! My favorite appetizer was the colossal shrimp cocktail. There were 5 shrimp, but they were so huge that it was enough for 3 of us to share. The Caesar salad was very fresh and tasty, but I would like to suggest that they cut up the lettuce, rather than just serve it as huge romaine leaves which were a bit of a challenge to gracefully cut up and eat. Our party of 8 had an amazing evening! Oliver’s Chop House is an excellent top notch restaurant. Our waiter was amazing and attended to every need we had, including taking care of a couple of food allergies in our group. The food is amazing!!! It’s hard to say which dish was our favorite but the meatball appetizer is one of the favorites. Thanks for a wonderful birthday experience!

Stellar as usual! Brandon is the absolute gold standard for servers. The food is always fantastic. The watermelon caprese salad super tasty. Prime strip was cooked perfectly. And the maple bacon bourbon cheesecake was so yummy. The bartender is an artist with the smoked old fashion cocktails.
