We started our meal with the tuna tartare and crab cake… for our entrée, we ordered the seafood platter and short ribs with heirloom carrots and butter potatoes as our sides… we finished it off with the salted caramel chocolate cake, and the maple bacon bourbon cheesecake… everything was great from start to finish… the biscuits that come in the bread basket upon seating were one of the best biscuits I’ve had in a long time.
Our 7th visit to Oliver's & perhaps our best. We go for special occasions, like last night, my wife's 74th birthday. They always recognize both of us & greet us with a big smile and a warm "welcome back". We were told we would have a new waitress by the name of Sara and would really like her. Boy were they wrong, we loved her. She was fun & really took the time to get to know us & we got to know her, what a wonderful young lady and smart! The experience was wonderful!! Jacob my waiter was very nice and professional. The food was outstanding!! Everything was great. I loved it there and will be back soon!!
First time we dined at Oliver's, was a very pleasant experience, friendly wait staff , restaurant was very nice, service was good, the food was good, we enjoyed the house baked biscuits with strawberry butter, food was excellent quality, 1 of our steaks was under cooked, then after a little over cooked, but all in all was a good experience and will definitely give them another try. Definitely would recommend.
We have dined at Oliver’s numerous times and it’s consistently top shelf…..five stars across the board! We are especially partial to the service provided by our favorite waiter Jacob.

We can always count on Oliver’s CHOP HOUSE for an amazing experience and quality, dining and very attentive staff. My husband enjoyed his filet mignon to the max. Perfectly prepared the three of us had an abundance of appetizers, shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, seafood bisque, crabcakes, etc. Each one out doing the other. Ordered the grill NY strip steak, a little to much fat for my taste, sides were a bit costly , baked potato was good, along with crab cake
A wonderful solo-dining experience. French onion soup was very tasty. Sea bass was perfectly grilled, and portion was quite generous. Heirloom carrots were wonderful, with a very light glaze. Of course, the biscuits and focaccia were great, with Oliver's regular whipped butter and also the strawberry whipped butter. And the perfect ending was peach cobbler cheesecake. Oh my!
