I had a repair tech come over to look at my garage door on June 19th. He told me the news I expected to hear. We needed a new door. Ours was a 38 year old wooden door. I told him I wanted a steel insulated door and also a belt driven opener with wifi capabilities. He told me a sales rep would be in contact in the next day or two.
