this company should gone, i bought a new front door and a screen door this joke of a place told me that if any thing wrong with the doors they would charge us labor the parts are free what a joke they charged for the parts, plz say away from this company unless yuo want to get screwed like us plz consider a different company and tell your friends
Do NOT call this company. These losers do not honor their appointments! My wife's car got shut in the garage Sunday night when the spring broke. I called ODW on Monday to schedule an appointment for Thursday. The dispatcher told me it would be between 9 a.m. and Noon. By Noon on Thursday, I had not heard from anybody. I am lucky that they just wasted my time and not my money!
They could actually send an estimate after having wasted our time to come look, leave and just disappear. I had to practically beg to get return call from the estimate guy amd still never got the estimate. I’m moving on to anyone other than this company.
RecommendedGreat job on my siding, but a messy amateur job on my caulking around my windows.

ODW's number was all over my garage door. My garage door went up, the springs got tangled, the bottom wheels on both ends came off, one middle wheel came off, and the rails were all bent out of shape. The door did not come back down. Called the emergency number on a Sunday to fix a broken garage door. The man I spoke with could not have been clearer in the fact that he didn’t want to come out. Talking about how the service call would be more than $400 and that it was likely he couldn’t fix it anyway. Kept trying to convince me to just wait and call during normal business hours. I just returned from Omaha Door & Window to pick up a window that was replaced under “warranty”. I have learned that this company does not stand behind their sales. The answers I got was that Kingston (the company that made the window) was no longer in business so therefore I have to pay ODW the purchase price for the glass. The glass I received for $59 is just the glass. I have to install it in the plastic frame myself.
