Convenient location. Staff are professional and friendly. Wait time under an hour. Seen say day without scheduling primary visits days or weeks in advance. Accepts my insurance.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Felt they really cared about how I felt and did their best to make me feel better
Short wait time. This particular day they were late opening due to every employee not having a key. Professional staff and prompt service. I definitely would return if I have an urgent care need.
Prompt & professional care. I did not not wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The NP was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation as to what to look for and what to expect from my medication that she prescribed. I will definitely choose Dmed again should the need arise. Highly recommend Dmed.
The wait in the waiting area was not long, they were kind and great with my son (the visit was for me lol), they were short handed and out of some setups so the actual visit time was longer than expected, but nowhere near as long as anywhere else I’ve gone, and the doctor did all she could to make sure the visit was pleasant and as quick as she could make it while being efficient and thorough, and she was juggling time with other patients too, so she definitely gets an A+ from me. Prompt and professional. Excellent service
This is my second experience at this facility and both horrible. I decided to give them another chance. I came in to get a work physical. I paid 60 for the exam and an additional 30 for vaccinations. A month later I received a bill from my doctors office stating I owe 538 for lab work which wasn’t even done at my doctors office. Come to find out it was this place. When I called them go coz had it. They act like they had no acknowledgement of the charges and stated I didn’t owe them anything. 538 for one test. That is ridicu... read more
