I made an appointment on-line. I showed up early. I waited an hour to get vitals done. I was asked if I wanted a cov-id test. They did not tell me I had a choice of tests. Then I waited 45 minutes and they gave me a flu test. After being there for over 2 hours they told me to go to the ER and didn’t give the prescription they said I was getting. Had a horrible experience here. Went there for ear infection. Told the lady I had tricare insurance she kept asking for group number which I don’t have and i showed her proof of my insurance which then she wouldn’t even accept and then told me I had to pay 175 dollars.
The Homewood location was terrible. I had an appointment and got there early like directed. I walked out after waiting an hour. I went in for a Covid test. It shouldn’t take long to do a nasal swab even with something like Covid. A guy was taken back fir his Covid test and when I left he was still in the back, 30 minutes later. I will never visit On Dmed again and I will tell everyone to never visit any of them.

I do not recommend this place. Misdiagnosed me and ended up in the hospital. There’s a reason their parking lot is always empty, avoid this place.
