centers is a loving and caring facility. We make sure our residents and family's feel safe and loved like they are our own. our residents are kept busy daily with many activities thanks to a great activitys department. so if you are looking for a great place for your loved ones I recommend Ontario centers where everyone is treated like family
I have worked here for 11 years and would not even think about going elsewhere. I love my co-workers and my residents.
My mom had become week after a short stay in local hospital they recommended rehab for her. She was transferred to Ontario Center where she got her therapy. Mom enjoyed her stay there said staff was good . Activities kept her busy and she enjoyed all of them. Therapy department worked hard with her and made sure she was safe to come home. Social Worker made transition home easy and had all appointments made and visiting nurses all set up. Great place to in for older people I will miss all the staff and residence when I move on to better things
I feel the staff really cares for the patients..they call my mother in law by name so it shows me they do care
So far on his 3rd week and believe me I Am a tough cookie when I come to Richards care. So far I couldn't be happier. He has been treated very well. All the staff has been wonderful . He smiled a lt and loves his nurse Kim and his CNA's especially that Jennifer.
