I just had appointment w opc pest control and they were great... they found where the mice are coming in and did their treatment and also noticed a wasp nest I didn't know about and took care of that too... well worth the money
I called OPC regarding a problem with ants. The technician came to my home three times and did not get rid of them. My husband and I finally went out and purchased our own supplies and did the job ourselves. I tried to cancel the contract and now they tell me that I can't because "You signed the contract." Well they did not get rid of the bugs.
I had a new customer appointment for my initial spraying and noone called or showed up for it. And since it was a Saturday, there was noone in the office to talk to or any after hours number to call. Very disappointed to say the least since they have such good reviews. I left 2 voicemails and emailed them to cancel my contract. I will look elsewhere for services.
I went down to my apartment office a few days ago to let them know about the rodent problem we had. I was informed that OPC would be coming out today (Thursday) for inspections and they would make sure the technician came down to our place. Can not get a call back 4 messages 3 days of trying and hrs on hold. Field staff has been amazing but the office staff needs a lot of work!! Fingers crossed I can finally get service
I've been an OPC customer for decades. The staff who have come to my homes have always been very polite, but the people in the office aren't always knowledgeable or helpful. The mole program that we paid for was a complete waste of money and they've continued to be an issue. I asked if they treated for grubs (the moles' food source) and was told that grubs are plants and they don't do anything with plants.
