Very nice new facility with state of the art x ray equipment. Dr. Gaines was very friendly and helpful. My shoulder feels better already.
Dr. Tankersley is a very caring and knowledgeable surgeon. He did emergency surgery on my left hip to remove and clean out a staff infection. He explained to me in detail what his findings were and what he had to do during surgery. He also explained in detail about future treatments.
I had an appointment with Dr Aaron about a knee issue I was having. They took X-Rays first, then he came in to discuss the issue, and explained what the X-Rays showed. He talked to me on my level, so I that could understand what was going on. He explained in detail what could be done to treat my condition, and what could possibly take place in the future. While I was under Dr. Aaron’s medical care, he was very attentive, positive, caring, experienced, compassionate, knowledgeable, dedicated, upbeat, and friendly. The best man in his field. Always attentive to every need and concern. Once in the room, makes you feel like you are his only patient. Takes time to explain options and what would be best/worst case scenario. Complete trust in him. He and his staff make me wish I had more body parts that needed surgery.
His easy manner was a nice touch just before my, admittedly minor, surgery. He put me at ease and his entire OR team were awesome.
I developed a very bad infection due to an injury to my elbow. Dr. Gaines staff booked an appointment the next day. Wait time in the office was exceptional and my examination was thorough. Dr. Gaines was very kind and to the point. I'm getting better.
I met with Dr. Tankersley for my first visit today. He was awesome. He was very caring and patient he and took the time to listen to my concerns. Even though we couldn’t get my knee replacement scheduled until April because he’s in such high demand and stays so busy. But he has scheduled for physical therapy to come out and work with me until my surgery so that my knee doesn’t get stiff and lose flexibility.
