Charging for the Covid vaccine (which is FREE) and they ran my insurance card at the desk but the whole time at my appointment were saying I did not have insurance -_- BUT ran my card information to send to my insurance company LOL. This place is such a scam and I have no idea how they are still even open. 😂
I wish there was an option to give a ZERO! They charged my insurance over a thousand dollars for the COVID vaccine they assured me would be FREE!!!! THEY ARE A THIEVES! I will be reporting them to the department of health.
I went here for a COVID test and pre-surgery blood work last month, both items were written on one order. I was asked which one I wanted to do first because I was told these were two separate appointments; I would have my first appointment and then get on their waitlist again for the second one. This was confusing to me, because this was my third surgery this year and the previous times (at a different urgent care) I was able to get everything done at once. Poor business practices. Second, and final, fiasco with this establishment. Have been billed for services not rendered and falsified procedures administered. Basically paid 120.00 to have my vitals checked. Optimum Care you should be ashamed.
Absolutely one of the worst places to go!! The Muslim looking man we saw who calls himself a doctor was very careless, inefficient and illiterate. He failed to diagnose my son correctly which could have put his life in danger. This butcher simply does NOT deserve to hold a doctors license. I will be telling my family and friends about how terrible you all are!!
First the unprofessional staff LINDA continually calls me by my last name, and clearly don't bother to read the same 4 times I've signed my name to the sign in sheet, the check-in paperwork and every other place I write my first name. Secondly, I wait over 30 mins in the exam room, the office is completely empty of patients and I finally hear the nurse Megan ask, "did you get to exam room 3 yet?" I have zero faith in their abilities. Bold faced lies told by the office. The number of bills i have received from this office is outrageous. I will never go to this place again and people might want to start checking statements for double billing. This dr kabiri also claims he is board certified in emergency medicine. Try verifying this and you'll find that he's NOT board certified.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The staff needs to be properly trained. There is a nurse who has a horrible attitude and will roll her eyes at you and then slam the door in your face! I have never seen such rudeness in a medical establishment in Stafford! Save your time, and your insurance’s money! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! **If you have insurance they will milk the life out of your insurance! This place reeks of INSURANCE FRAUD! I’ll be calling my insurance to let them know what is going on here!
