Do not use this clinic! Why bother asking for allergies at intake if you are going to prescribe a medicine to someone they are allergic too? The girl linda who did my son’s intake needs training on how to listen effectively. The ability to listen effectively is important anywhere, but critical in a medical facility. I was there today (4/24/2020) for a cut on the inner portion of my ear and was asked if I had insurance and my answer was yes,gave her my card and she claimed she had to talk to my insurance company about my copay.Thats fine sso when she was on phone with them I overheard the woman from insurance say that there was no copay,so I get called up after she gets off phone and she proceeds to tell me I have no copay but I would have to pay 150 or so to be seen.Not real sure but dont think this is legal.I will never go to this plac... read more

We are sorry that you didn't like our legitimate request for paying your "deductible" upfront. Three fourth of all healthcare facilities and hospitals in the nation collect the deductible amount upfront and this is legitimate, legal, and acceptable by all insurances. The amount requested was $120 not $150. Although there was financial disagreement the owner tried to reach out to you to address your concern and arrange your visit incase you needed immediate help. The front staff and the medical assistant I had when visiting Optimum Care yesterday evening deserve nothing but praise. Georgeta Sealey (PA) is the most demeaning provider I have EVER encountered in my entire life. I went to Urgent Care for Maintenance Insomnia because I am not able to find a Primary Care Physician who is currently taking new customers due to Coronavirus pandemic. Bad service and the owner doesn’t know how take care the customers
To be honest, I feel like this urgent care is more worried about people's weight and less worried about actually helping the patient. But aside from that, my biggest beef with this urgent care is more based on the billing department. We have paid multiple times for the same service, and we have been threatened to be sent to collections when we have receipts. RecommendedI said yes because it was better than nothing! The pharmacist or whatever wasn’t available so I didn’t get a shot like I feel like I needed. I got worse before I got better but still feel like I am not totally cured...very disappointed that the pharmacy was unavailable to me...
Go in for a sinus infection and they charged my insurance over $1200. Rip Off
Do not go here. When they got into trouble for fraud. They were charging for things that were never done. I left.
