We have not had a great deal of experience with renovations etc, so I was nervous when we started on the journey to gut/update very old bathrooms (pink tile, tub...). Omar and the entire crew he employs have been wonderful. Omar really listened to our needs and design ideas and guided us in the proper direction and choices. He has been very available to communicate with and is very hand-on with oversight. The crew has been very professional, on-time, polite, hard working and skilled. They clean up very well at the end of each day as well. If we are in need of any further home improvements/renovations we will most definitely call Omar and Optimum Construction!!

After interviewing 4-6 contractors for bathroom remodel I went with Omar and Optimum Construction. Best decision I have ever made. When the day comes that I need any other remodeling project done I now only have to make one call....Optimum Construction!

These guys are the best contractors we've ever worked with! Omar is very customer service oriented and even dropped by while his guys were on the job, just to make sure everything was going well. The two gentlemen who were installing our grout-able, vinyl tile floors in the basement utility room were hard-working, knowledgable, and on-time. They worked efficiently and the end result was a floor so gorgeous, you can't really tell it's not real tile! They also put up our cedar wood shutters that we'd previously ordered. They look the time to carefully measure and make sure everything was straight and perfect before drilling them in and up. They couldn't look better! I am a bit OCD and expect perfection and they delivered on ALL counts. They did BOTH of these projects in ONE DAY, which was amazing! Efficient, cost-effective, and beautiful results! I will definitely give Optimum Construction a call for my next project and will highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to me rave about them!

Omar is very customer service oriented. He ensures that the work is being timely and that the customer and members of his staff understand what needs to be done. He is very pleasant to deal with and will work through and problems and concerns. The workers we had were very conscientious and hard working. We felt very comfortable with them being in our home.
