My experience was truly horrible. The owner was dismissive, far from genuine , and simply mean after obtaining the job. I have done three home remodels with construction companies in two different states, and had never experienced anything close to this disappointment. Further update: While I understand need for Optimum Construction to respond to my review, the response necessitates further comment. This response would lead you to believe that the problem with the pooling water in the shower is the only one that occurred in a project that took twice as long as it should have and then took 3 months to receive the refunds that were due. Your complaint states that there is water running at your feet while taking a shower which is very expected, especially with a high gallon per minute set like yours.
