After the Iowa Derecho hit on 8-20-20 my husband and I were in a panic. We didn't know how deal with the insurance. Options Exteriors dealt w our insurance company and we were able to get our home repaired. Evan M was our project manager and answered every question we had in a timely and professional manner .We would definitely recommend Evan and Options Exteriors.

He was very clear in discussing the next steps along the way and was always willing to answer all our questions. Jon E was great!! Everything from consultation to planning and accommodating my schedule during a very busy time for them. The workers did a great job and finished up in just one day! Jon was able to work well with my insurance adjuster and even helped me do spend very little out of pocket to cover the garage which wasn't covered by insurance. Best looking roof in the neighborhood! Would recommend Options to anyone.

I was so pleased that Options was willing to come and work in Le Crescent after most of the local roofers would not call me back. Lawrence and Louis completed the inspection and went above and beyond to get the skylights covered and replaced as it was 30 years old. The crews workmanship was spot-on and with the finishing touches of painting the mast and furnace stack to match the roof looks so nice.
