Jack Nissen did an excellent job of contracting my roof replacement. He filed my insurance claim for me and was with me every step of the way. He answered any questions I had promptly. The crew that replaced my roof did an excellent job and their clean up was impeccable! The only option to use is Options Exteriors. From the very first encounter with Devlin V, till the end of the experience, he was on the ball and up front. I never was pressured at any time. Just the facts and pointed out what the process would be. We had hail and wind damage to the roof and the siding. Devlin was available thru out the entire job. From start to finish it was easy and excellent. Devlin walked me through the different types of shingles and helped me through the entire process. Devlin was true to his word and the roof turned out incredible! Devlin also helped me to understand the insurance process and provided peace of mind. Backstory, I am a skeptic, probably like most Americans, so when Options Exteriors came to my home, I had my guard up, like most. But we had major hail damage not just on my roof but on my garage doors and windows...not only did they educate me but they were advocates for me and worked directly with my insurance company making the process smooth. Great work and great service. Options introduced themselves to the Cedar Rapids, IA area a few months ago coming down from Minnesota. They were great to work with on my new roof, but even better they have committed themselves to this community after the devastating Derecho here in August. As I was cleaning up my yard after the storm and as Options were putting up temporary tarps and patches on my neighbor's roofs (my new roof they put up weeks earlier survived the 135mph winds).
