I hate to even leave this review because I want to keep this fantastic doctor and his wonderful staff all to myself. But..alas....I only have 32 teeth so I will share and let all know that Dr. Goulston is soo skilled and personable and just basically transforms lives..mine specifically with an implant..so its 5+starz all da way!!The real deal so be patient.. its worth it and they really honor appointment times

Dr. Goulston was referred to me by my dentist. I had not met him prior to this visit. Upon entering the office I first noticed how clean and well maintained it was. I waited no more than three minutes and was called in. Dr. Goulston came in shortly thereafter. He was very attentive, answered all my questions, throughly explained the procedure and, above all else, was reassuring. He was true to his word, I was never in any pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Goulston.
Dr. Michael Goulston is one of the best surgeons in NJ. I had a traumatic experience with my tooth implant before I went to him. In fact, I had almost given up on it. However, everything changed when I met Dr. Goulston. My implant went beautifully with him. There was no pain, no infection, and no complications. Literally, he is not only professional and knowledgeable at what he does but also very kind and compassionate doctor. In addition, he is also very enjoyable to deal with.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and was put under general anesthesia. The entire process was very smooth. No discomfort even after the procedure. The doctor called to follow up the same day which is very nice thing. I would highly recommend Dr. Goulston!!

Dr. Goulston is a professional in every sense of the word. Both personable and caring his bedside manners are commendable. The procedure was expedient and without any discomfort. The assistant explained post surgery and was a delight. I highly recommend Dr. Goulston!
i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and was put under anesthesia. As scary as the thought of it was, Dr. Goulston did the job so good and fast (under 30 mins) and it was over in the blink of an eye! I had barely noticeable swelling 2 days later and was completely fine after, never took a single pain killer. The doctor called to follow up same day and made a follow up appointment. I called on a Sunday, they still got back me. The entire process was so smooth, I would recommend them hands down.
I had my wisdom teeth removed and it was my first time being put under for a procedure. Everything went smoothly, both during the removal and the recovery. I would definitely return in the future.
