The staff here is down to earth and puts everyone at ease. The place is clean and organized. Dr. Goulston has a great bedside manner and his nurse and all of the staff there are super. I highly recommend him and OMS in Allentown.

The dental service provided by Dr. Goulson was great a few months ago. I was given the cost of the service after approval was provided to his office and prior to the procedure being done. I paid the amount in full at that time. However, I was billed beyond the final cost of the service. I was first advised that the second procedure done on the same day was the reason why the insurance company didn’t cover the procedure it originally approved. I felt the receptionist staff are there to ruin the other workers/ doctors credibility. Doctor and nurse were polite while consultation. On the way out there is a lady with glasses who explains the costs and cancellation policy, seems she has problem with people. Rude to the core. Not visiting again for surgery for the arrogance she showed.

I received 2 dental implants from Dr. Goulston and they have both failed and need to be removed. I am not sure how I will be compensated for this gross negligence. Why was the surgery approved? Why did he say everything looked fine and great and now I will possibly be needing 2 more surgeries, which are very expensive?

The office manager jacked up my appointment and now I had my teeth slaved and now she is now in the office to fit the issue and keep go a month and a half with out services. No checking with the doctor

I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was considered 'high-risk' for removal as the nerve was basically touching the roots of the impacted tooth. I was told by a past dentist that my wisdom teeth wouldn't have to be removed because they were 'preserved' underneath the gums. This wasn't the case and I recently started developing an infection in the area surrounding the tooth. I visited Dr. Goulston in hope that somebody would finally be able to help me with my situation. I’m not a person who reviews, but in this case I must. I didn’t know Dr Goulston but met him when I was feeling excruciating pain from a tooth all weekend. After my primary dentist said I needed an extraction because the tooth was fractured and infected, Dr Goulston took me right in that day. Literally after blinking my eyes, Dr Gouston said,’ok you’re all done and YOU did a wonderful job’. I could not believe my tooth was just extracted.... after 2 days not even a dull throb wAs had! AMAZING!

Dr. Goulston performed implant surgery on me in Jan.'18. Although implant failure is possible with any surgery, I learned yesterday that 3 of my co-workers also experienced failure with this surgeon. A different surgeon completed my redo today. I was SHOCKED at the difference in procedures & professionalism and with the result. My new doc performed pre-surgery measures to decrease the chance of infection. I have no pain, no stitches, and the surgery time was 45 minutes shorter. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Goulston was very nice to me, but I am unhappy with the work he did. I now have a lot of problems after getting a sinus lift and having an implant. I wish I would never have done it. He is clearly a very educated man, so I do not know why I ended up with these problems, but I did.
