Did horrible surgery on me 15 months ago. Laun Can’t do the work YET Laun suggest’s 3 DENTAL SCHOOL’S.? Why didn’t you suggest SIU Dental School? I won’t go to anyone non Board certified. To be as transparent as possible, our office provides all patients with a written financial policy for our office. Additionally, you are not a patient of record at this office, and to request of any small business a profit and loss statement, along with salaries of all team members is unreasonable. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Laun at 3:20 on November 16th and I had to pay $385 for the exam, including a CT. We did see the doctor until 5:05. There were NO X-rays taken. No CT. No scans whatsoever were done. He educated us about the history of TMJ for 18 minutes and said for my daughter to stop wearing her retainer and start wearing a mouth guard.
