Everyone in the office was very professional. From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor. They made me feel at ease , answered all my questions. I highly recommend the office . They are very technical and I was amazed by technological part of the visit. I did not have to wait very long before being called back, Jennifer was excellent , very friendly as well as professional! Today I had a scan and pictures taken for an implant using very up to date techniques that are much improved over prior preparation that I have had elsewhere. No discomfort or mess!
My son has a traumatic brain injury and suffers from aphasia. Dr. Laun and his staff were patient with him and explained things to him slowly so he understood. They kept me informed. He had a cracked upper wisdom tooth with 3 roots and it was into his sinus cavity and also on the side of his face were the cranial implant is. He did very well with the procedure. Thanks to all for making this a pleasant procedure.
I had my bottom teeth pulled today for implants. They were very knowledgeable including Dr. Laun. He did a wonderful job with good written instructions. Thank you again for a very professional and kind procedure.
Dr Laun and his assistants were wonderful. They did everything possible to save my bridge so I didn’t have to go on vacation with out two front teeth . They even stayed late to do it. Thank you so much
