RecommendedThis office was amazing with my high anxiety teen during the sedation process. Dr was willing to do what was necessary to start the sedation. The staff is extremely patient and understanding. The emotional support animal was immensely helpful also. I am so grateful the procedure could actually be completed. Excellent care here. Comfortable atmosphere, happy-making light the the lobby, good temperature (the rooms can get a little cold, I recommend a sweatshirt), accessible for wheelchair users in doorways and corners. Friendly staff all over the place— front desk people, nurses/assistants, all the way up the to big cheese himself, Dr. Laun(mower). I was referred here by a dentist and I can't tell you how much I appreciate you and your staff. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with smiles and the entire time I was there everyone was so kind and helpful. Andrea was so friendly and caring and careful making sure I was numb and comfortable. Haley and the doctor were so gentle and concerned that I was comfortable at all times. Tiffany Owens, Insurance Coordinator, helped resolve insurance issues. Surgery to repair droopy eye lids was performed by Dr. Laun. I was referred to OMS for TMJ treatment. I had an appointment scheduled for March but was lucky enough to have someone cancel so I could get in earlier. The staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Laun was very thorough and explained what options I had clearly. I was again lucky enough that they had an appointment the next morning so I could receive botox injections for my TMJ and am already feeling great relief!

Dr Laun and his staff are the best, very professional and pleasant. I had a very bad tooth and they got me in for a consultation and yesterday the problem is no more, also want to shout out to Heather for helping me with all the paperwork . Dr. Laun and staff are awesome! I needed about a dozen extractions and a opening to my sinus cavity repaired. To complicate matters I had a tumor removed from under my tongue in 2013 and lower right jaw bone replaced in 2017. Dr. Laun was very well studied on what he could and could not do to cause any damage to my existing issues and was able to successfully complete the extractions. I highly recommend Dr. Laun for any type of sensitive issues!
