I have been a customer for over a year and have had a wonderful experience. There is no membership fee, they write the prescription for you and they dont auto charge you unless you complete the review check-in. Love to know that I can get my medication without the hassle of insurance. Its so seamless if you just read and follow directions.

I have been dealing with *** issues since receiving the Glp-1 medication in November. Just got off the phone with a customer service *** and its such an issue with wrong information coming from them and pharmacy. I was given 3 different letters with 3 different expiration dates for two vials I received..Expiration dates were 240 days, 300 days, and 365 days. As of this morning they confirmed it was 300 days. Beware of this company!! shady business/behavior will take your $. Give U expired meds placed my order on December 7th. So Monday comes no email/ confirmation ,Tuesday cames still no email confirmation ,so I decided to give them a call on Wednesday. I spoke with a lady I told her never got an email order, she told me they had the wrong email & a doctor would be calling me back tomorrow. I have been with Orderly Meds for almost a year now. I have had a great experience up until a couple weeks ago. I had to change my email address and ever since then, I have been locked out of my account. It has been weeks, I have talked to countless customer service people and they refuse to help me. I asked for them to send me my prescription so I can sign up with a different provider, and they are holding it hostage. I am now forced to go cold turkey without medication for weeks. I received 3mths supply of *********** compound. Vials were expired. I called customer service to ask that they ship 2 new vials. I was told that maybe im not injecting them correctly and that vials are good 300 dys after expiration. Wrong!! Im a nurse. Then they tried to send me a formal letter stating they extended the exp date. WRONG AGAIN!! I still have not gotten a call back nor have i received a refund or 2 new vials. I do NOT recommend them

Absolute worst company *** ever had to deal with. Took 10 days of calling in delays in message reviews they took the $500 out of my account immediately. Spent 10 days waiting and calling again and speaking to customer service. They said my money will be refunded in a few days, but Im not holding my breath. Do not use this company. Shouldve vetted them a lot better than I did. The medicine never came. It was never ordered. Got about ***************************************************** back and never did. Constant delays.

Orderly Meds shipped expired medication to me which is ineffective. They have done nothing to remedy the situation and I have wasted my money! Do not use Orderly Meds for your GLP -1 needs!! Unethical terrible company!

My overall experience is awful.I was charge 4x's more that my friends on the East Coast Had a pen malfunction and it was not replaced the product I received DID NOT WORK I have not had any resolution just alot of meaningless text I am very disappointed for the amount of money I spent to not have any results
