I have been a customer for over a year and have had a wonderful experience. There is no membership fee, they write the prescription for you and they dont auto charge you unless you complete the review check-in. Love to know that I can get my medication without the hassle of insurance. Its so seamless if you just read and follow directions.

Initially I was getting my orders in a timely manner, then I moved state and it has been a nightmare, weeks and weeks and nothing, no refund, no meds, I reach out, crickets. I ordered from a new provider yesterday and today at mid-day the meds arrived. Orderly meds is useless at best.

I've been an Orderly customer since May of 2024 (so obviously I've given them thousands of dollars.)"Been" as in past tense, because now I finally gave up.I signed in their website a few days ago for the usual "check-in", answered the routine questions,and wham, got a message that "we're unable to continue with your current medication".That's it. Stay away from Orderly Meds! The very first time I order from Orderly meds. My started kit in April 2026 came from Perfection Rx. Stafford TX; Which I received in 3 days. This medicine came in ice packaged and super beyond effective within 24 hours with no cravings and food noise. I have order again on Sept 15th and receive my package Sept 26th. Ineffective customer service. Confusing communications system. Just have to vent my frustration with my most recent refill from Orderly Meds. I'm using a compounded weightloss medication through Orderly Meds. I started on 12/27/25. I have been going back and forth with Orderly Meds since 7/10/26 about my most recent refill. I have been dealing with *** issues since receiving the Glp-1 medication in November. Just got off the phone with a customer service *** and its such an issue with wrong information coming from them and pharmacy. I was given 3 different letters with 3 different expiration dates for two vials I received..Expiration dates were 240 days, 300 days, and 365 days. As of this morning they confirmed it was 300 days. Beware of this company!! shady business/behavior will take your $. Give U expired meds placed my order on December 7th. So Monday comes no email/ confirmation ,Tuesday cames still no email confirmation ,so I decided to give them a call on Wednesday.
