At this point Its a scam. I completed my screening and my card was not supposed to be charged until the order was complete. It was charged in seconds. I have heard anything. No emails or phone calls. As of 08/11/2025 no status update. I want my money back. I did dispute and now I'm just waiting to see the outcome.

Yes, Our records show that you signed up on 8/8 Friday after hours, The healthscreening process takes between 24-48hrs to be processed. It has been just over 24hrs ( working hours) During sign up, we state that the card on file will be charged after sign up, there are multiple prompts that you have to click for the card to be charged. I have alerted the team to try and push the order through as fast as they can. Thank you.
I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged double the initial price I was told with no refund option. The support system is also lacking, making it impossible to get in touch with a provider. To top it off, I haven't seen any weight loss results after 1.5 months.
Unscrupulous. Orderly cancelled my order with no notice or explanation. This was medication that I was counting on and desperately needed.

I tried the Orderly Meds *********** plan for 3 months and unfortunately did not lose any weight. I actually gained 8 pounds. From the start, their process felt unprofessional. The website is essentially a front to get you to sign upit doesnt function for tracking orders, checking your history, or managing check-ins.
