My representative from Orkin was really patient, kind, very knowledgeable and understanding. He took the time to explain every detail to me and calmed my nerves. He was very positive and talked to me about every step that he was doing and why. If I ever need Orkin again, I want the same person/guy that I first had that came to my house. He is EXCELLENT!!!
