The Orkin representative on the phone was very professional in setting the appointment. She gave me an appointment within a five day range of the day that I wanted. When the Orkin technician arrived he was very professional. He spoke with my son first and did a thorough inspection of the outside of the premises. He showed me an area of concern near the drain pipe of the HVAC unit.
