Our first appointment was great and we were able to get rid of the ants. Upon our monthly visit the exterminator never came after calling and verifying the appt. After calling and letting someone know they said his "tracker" was off. I made another appt and again the same issue. My technician never came out and this time it was due to a "work emergency" what kind of emergency happens with bugs that you have to cancel all your appointments without letting your customers know. Just canceled my service with Orkin after months of technicians failing to show up when scheduled. One time they put someone down to come out who wasn't working that day, another time the technician said they had a completely different time than what we were told. The last straw came when this happened for a third time. After complaining, I was told the service manager would be out at 8 am the next day, but he was 45 minutes late. The service I am getting now the technician didn’t really do anything he came late he never looked around outside he just put some sticky pad in 2rooms he didn’t even ask about the other rooms just said he was finished
