We have asked that the internal and the external treatments be done at the same time. We have had previous phone conversations with management and in-person to ensure this occurs. But, it does not. We also do not receive paper work detailing the results of your visit. What else can we do to make this happen?

I needed some pest removed and after doing my research I choose Orkin. Orkin told me there was no contract and I could cancel the services at any time. Orkin also said they guarantee their services and will work with you until you’re satisfied. 1st lie: Once the service guy arrived I seen on the contract that you had to cancel the contract within 3 days or you would be locked into at 12 month contract. Scheduled an appointment online and have a email confirmation saying the s scheduled service was today between 12-2 no one showed up, when we called they said sorry nothing they could do, we asked to speak with someone because we have a very big rodent problem and my husband took the day off to be home for this appointment, Jonathan took the call said it was my husbands mess up and wouldn’t let us talk to his boss. Our first appointment was great and we were able to get rid of the ants. Upon our monthly visit the exterminator never came after calling and verifying the appt. After calling and letting someone know they said his "tracker" was off. I made another appt and again the same issue. My technician never came out and this time it was due to a "work emergency" what kind of emergency happens with bugs that you have to cancel all your appointments without letting your customers know. Just canceled my service with Orkin after months of technicians failing to show up when scheduled. One time they put someone down to come out who wasn't working that day, another time the technician said they had a completely different time than what we were told. The last straw came when this happened for a third time. After complaining, I was told the service manager would be out at 8 am the next day, but he was 45 minutes late.
