I informed the tech that I needed pest control on roaches and fleas. The tech informed my roommate that he will have to come back in 2 weeks to spray for the fleas. That they can't use both sprays on the fleas for 2 weeks. They did kill the roaches, so far. But I am getting eat up with the fleas. I called about them, but they had no one to be able to come out till Saturday and this is Wednesday. I do not recommend Orkin! They do the least they can get away with. Wednesday till Saturday. you set a appointment they dont call or even show up for an scheduled appointment
Unorganized, terrible at communication, and they don’t complete work that you pay for. Highly advise staying away from Orkin so you can avoid a headache! Huge mistake having service done with them!!!

Rescheduled twice and never showed up. Office person was not helpful but rude. Still have bugs after a year. Canceled service and I do not recommend.
