Unorganized, terrible at communication, and they don’t complete work that you pay for. Highly advise staying away from Orkin so you can avoid a headache! Huge mistake having service done with them!!!

Rescheduled twice and never showed up. Office person was not helpful but rude. Still have bugs after a year. Canceled service and I do not recommend.

I chose them because they were sweet over the phone. However once a contract was signed, they continued to make me uncomfortable with field technicians. They complained to me about days and times they were scheduled. Never really got rid of bugs until I treated the house myself. I canceled my contract when they took half of the payment for that month. They sent me to collections for a bill that they wanted paid after I already canceled my contract. They have a high turnover rate and over the last two years the quality of service has been inconsistent with a general decline is quality of treatments and services.

Showed up when they said... didn’t have he “right pesticides” on the truck. After I told them what I needed done. I mean Jesus Christ. Update- should have never used them Now they are taking kidney out of my account with no services rendered. I have contacted my bank and reported the fraudulent charges. This business is a nightmare
