I chose them because they were sweet over the phone. However once a contract was signed, they continued to make me uncomfortable with field technicians. They complained to me about days and times they were scheduled. Never really got rid of bugs until I treated the house myself. I canceled my contract when they took half of the payment for that month. They sent me to collections for a bill that they wanted paid after I already canceled my contract. Showed up when they said... didn’t have he “right pesticides” on the truck. After I told them what I needed done. I mean Jesus Christ. Update- should have never used them Now they are taking kidney out of my account with no services rendered. I have contacted my bank and reported the fraudulent charges. This business is a nightmare
